Refund Policy

Every intro is a custom, digital product made specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing — by placing your order, you accept it.
Digital product
You understand that this product is digital and that no refunds will be provided once your order is in process.
24-hour window
If you regret the purchase, you have 24 hours from the moment you buy the product to request a refund.
To request it, send me a message on my Discord. After 24 hours have passed, you will no longer be able to request your refund.
Correct information
Make sure you have entered your email address correctly when making the purchase. Delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client are not grounds for a refund.
Song changes (Advanced)
If the song chosen by the client is not suitable, or there are no good drops for a sync, it will be changed for another one. This is only applicable to the Advanced options and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
Cancellations
Failure to comply with the Terms of Service may result in the cancellation of the order — with or without refund — or other consequences depending on the infraction. I also reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason; in that case, any payment made will be returned.
Payment methods & currency
Payments are processed through PayPal and MercadoPago. Prices are shown in USD or MXN depending on the currency you select at checkout, and you are charged in that same currency.
When a refund is approved, it is issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal or MercadoPago) and in the same currency that was charged (USD or MXN). I do not store your card or banking details — those are handled entirely by the payment processor.
Refunds are made for the amount actually paid. Any currency-conversion differences, fees, or charges applied by PayPal, MercadoPago, or your bank are outside my control and are not reimbursed.

- Message me within 24 hours of purchase on Discord (damnDeivid#1949).
- Include your order details and the email used at checkout.

Entiendes que este producto es digital y que no se otorgarán reembolsos una vez que tu pedido esté en proceso.
Ventana de 24 horas
Si te arrepientes de la compra, tienes 24 horas desde el momento en que compras el producto para solicitar un reembolso.
Para solicitarlo, envíame un mensaje por mi Discord. Una vez pasadas las 24 horas, ya no podrás solicitar tu reembolso.
Información correcta
Asegúrate de haber ingresado correctamente tu correo electrónico al hacer la compra. Los problemas de entrega causados por información incorrecta proporcionada por el cliente no son motivo de reembolso.
Cambios de canción (Avanzada)
Si la canción elegida por el cliente no es adecuada, o no tiene buenos drops para una sincronización, se cambiará por otra. Esto solo aplica a las opciones Avanzada y no es, por sí mismo, motivo de reembolso.
Cancelaciones
El incumplimiento de los Términos y Condiciones puede resultar en la cancelación del pedido — con o sin reembolso — u otras consecuencias según la infracción. También me reservo el derecho de rechazar un pedido por cualquier motivo; en ese caso, cualquier pago realizado será devuelto.
Métodos de pago y moneda
Los pagos se procesan a través de PayPal y MercadoPago. Los precios se muestran en USD o MXN según la moneda que elijas al pagar, y el cargo se realiza en esa misma moneda.
Cuando se aprueba un reembolso, se realiza por el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra (PayPal o MercadoPago) y en la misma moneda que se cobró (USD o MXN). No almaceno los datos de tu tarjeta ni bancarios — estos son gestionados completamente por la plataforma de pago.
Los reembolsos se hacen por el monto realmente pagado. Cualquier diferencia por conversión de moneda, comisiones o cargos aplicados por PayPal, MercadoPago o tu banco están fuera de mi control y no se reembolsan.
Cómo solicitar un reembolso
- Escríbeme dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la compra por Discord (damnDeivid#1949).
- Incluye los detalles de tu pedido y el correo usado al pagar.
- Consulta la página de Contacto para todas las formas de contactarme.
