What you receive

When you purchase an intro you will receive a text file called "Thanks for purchase! @notTao2023". Just follow the instructions inside the .txt file and don't worry — I'll guide you through it.

Waiting time

One intro takes a maximum of 21 days or less. Your waiting time depends on how many orders I currently have. With Priority, delivery is around 7 – 14 days.

Common questions

Chill is a calmer intro without text or camera movement synced to the beat, up to 10 seconds. Advanced adds full text + camera sync to your song and can go beyond 10 seconds.
A maximum of 21 days or less, depending on how many orders are in my queue. Advanced (Priority) is delivered in about 7 to 12 days.
Three things: the Name (text), the Song, and the Color palette you want. That's it.
Every plan is rendered at 1440p and 60 FPS.
You have 24 hours from purchase to request a refund via Discord. Once the order is in process, no refunds are given. See the Refund Policy for full details.
Make the purchase, then contact me on Discord or email (see the Contact page) so I can start your order.
Received = in the queue. In progress = being worked on. In review = a preview is ready to approve or change. Delivered = final video + download ready. Awaiting info = I need details from you. On hold = paused. Cancelled / Refunded = cancelled or refunded. Follow it all live from the tracking bar in your account.
